Pick two of the five accessories to compare damage, run speed, sustain and requirements to obtain. You can only wear one regular accessory at a time, so their effects aren't added together here.

Trade-off: It doesn't boost Fighting Style or gun damage, and gives no health, energy or run speed bonus.
Pale Scarf guide → Source: Blox Fruits Wiki (English)Stats and obtainment for the five accessories were checked on 2026-10-08 against the community-run Blox Fruits Wiki, not tested in game this time. The Ghoul Mask's leech rate against NPCs differs between the source's infobox and article body, so we kept both. Wearing rules and icon sources.
Trinkets are an advanced subsystem of accessories, mainly obtained from Dungeons; Dungeons also produce Simulation Data, which you can use to roll Trinkets, craft upgrades and reforge modifiers.
Black Cape is an all-purpose pick that doesn't require boss farming: from level 50, complete the "Raise the Flag" Island Secret at the Marine Fortress (added in Update 30), then buy it from Parlus for 50K Beli. Swan Glasses are in the Second Sea, and Pale Scarf and Pilot Helmet are in the Third Sea, so First Sea beginners can't get them right away.
Swan Glasses give +8% to all attacks, plus run speed, defense, cooldown, and health and energy bonuses, which suits balanced needs. Pale Scarf's +15% damage boost only applies to fruits and swords, and it also gives +2 Instinct dodges and 10x player detection range; it doesn't boost Fighting Style or gun damage.
You can only wear one regular accessory at a time. The comparison on this page helps you choose between two; it doesn't add their buffs together. For other systems like Trinkets, see their own guides.
It only works with Fighting Style damage, not fruits, swords or guns. The Wiki lists 10% leech against players; against NPCs, the infobox says 2.5% and the article body says 2%. Since the sources disagree, we don't treat these as values we tested in game.
