Since Update 30, the Luxury Boat Dealer has been removed and luxury boats are bought from regular Boat Dealers instead. Marines get Marine prices at any Boat Dealer; the location of the Marines Boat Dealer mentioned in older sources hasn't been confirmed since Update 30.

💡 Function:Sells or spawns all kinds of boats, from the most basic rowboat to fast, high-HP premium boats.

🛶 Tip:For leveling, pick a boat that's fast and harder to sink; for farming Sea Events or fighting Sea Beasts, bring a tankier boat plus a Shipwright to repair it.

Shipwright Teacher:In the tunnel under the sun-symbol tower at Tiki Outpost in the Third Sea. First complete 50 valid Sea Events in the Third Sea to earn the Abyss Tamer title, then defeat 20 Sharks and pay 3,000 Fragments. Second Sea events don't count toward this requirement.

He crafts the Shark Tooth Necklace, Terror Jaw and Monster Magnet; the Monster Magnet lures out the Anchored Terrorshark, which can drop the Shark Anchor.

💡 Function:Requires Fishing Level 20 to interact. Take Trust Quests (catch fish of a set rarity, timed fishing, perfect casts, using rod skills) to raise Trust and unlock crafting of advanced fishing rods and baits. Trust is tracked separately in each Sea, while the 15-minute quest cooldown is shared across all three.

❓ FAQ

How do I find a specific NPC fastest?

Use the search bar at the top of the page and type a name or function keyword, such as “fruit dealer”, “gacha” or “Boat Dealer”. You can also use the category buttons to narrow it down to Fighting Style, Race or other NPCs.

Why can't I find a certain NPC?

Common reasons: you're in the wrong Sea or on the wrong island, you haven't met the level or quest requirements, or the NPC only appears during seasonal events. Check which Sea you're in first, then read that NPC's own guide.

What names should I use to search for NPCs?

Use the official English names shown in the game — this page lists NPCs that way, e.g. “Blox Fruit Dealer”. If the full name doesn't turn anything up, try typing just part of it.

How is this page different from the individual NPC guides?

This page is the master list, good for finding someone quickly; each NPC guide adds more on requirements, locations, uses, prerequisite quests and links to related guides.
