Compare how long one “take quest → clear → turn in” loop takes first. If the new quest is hard to farm, staying put is fine; many Third Sea enemies use Aura, so elemental immunity isn't a cure-all.
Every number is the minimum level for a regular quest. Bosses, Sea Events and special unlocks have their own requirements.

View location guide →Get your regular quest loop going first; bosses and unlocks like Yama can be separate goals and don't need to be mixed into every grinding loop.
View location guide →The regular leveling quests are Marine Commodore, then Marine Rear Admiral; boss quests are a separate choice, so don't stop grinding just to wait for a respawn.
View location guide →This area has several quest givers. Before switching targets, check the distance between taking and turning in quests; no need to take a long detour just for a higher-level quest.

View location guide →The first stop in the Sea of Treats; the Sea of Treats has five islands, so not all quests are in one place.
View location guide →After Ice Cream Commander unlocks at Lv.2150, the next regular quest is on Cake Land at Lv.2200.
View location guide →Lv.2275 is Head Baker on Cake Land, not a Chocolate Land quest; Chocolate Land starts at Lv.2300.

Secrets can be completed early; if the game shows Secret Levels ready to claim, follow the prompt. Secrets you've already completed don't need to be redone.
Our illustrated guide covers all 40: 3 at each of 13 locations, plus the final secret in Middle Town (The Finale, Wiki). For your own progress, go by the in-game map and the Secrets Master.
