Spin

Natural 🌪️ Whirlwind Strike A cheap, budget-friendly starter fruit that attacks mainly with spinning dashes.
📝 Overview:
Spin is the second-cheapest fruit in the game, a Common fruit that's always in the shop stock.
Its skills include close-range sustained control, a cursor-guided whirlwind, long-range wind blades and slow flight; it works as an early stepping stone, but other fruits quickly outclass its damage and mobility.

📍 1. How to Get & Role

This is a Common fruit you'll see everywhere.

  • Shop price: $7,500 Beli / 75 Robux.
  • Stock: Spin and Rocket are permanent stock fruits, so you can buy them from the Blox Fruit Dealer anytime.
  • Role:
    • Beginner stepping stone (C): cheap with low Mastery requirements, but Rocket and Smoke are usually more practical.
    • Leveling (C): Z and X can control groups of mobs, and C has range; overall damage is still on the low side.
    • Mobility (C): F lets you fly, but slowly; X only offers short-range chasing in combat.

💥 2. Skills

All three attack skills can break Instinct, but targets may still dodge at the edge of an attack.

Key Skill name Mastery Cooldown / Energy Notes
Z Razor Wind 1 7.5 sec / 15 Spins your arms rapidly to create multi-hit wind blades in front of you, stunning enemies caught in them; hold to raise total damage and extend the control time.
X Tornado Assault 50 11 sec / 25 Spins at high speed and moves in the direction of your cursor, stunning and slicing enemies in your path; good for close-range chasing, not a long-distance movement skill.
C Air Slasher 90 14.25 sec / 35 Fires several sharp wind blades, then finishes with a stronger slash that causes slight knockback; this is the fruit's main source of long-range damage.
F Helicopter Flight 25 7.5 sec / 50 Spins your hands at high speed to fly slowly toward your cursor; the skill deals no damage and is good for crossing terrain over short distances.
⚠️ Awakening note:
Spin currently has no Awakening. It's mainly a beginner stepping stone, so there's no need to invest Fragments.

🎮 3. Combat Tips

  • Hold Z for better results: gather mobs first, then hold Z to increase the multi-hit damage and stun time; just tapping it often leaves your damage short.
  • C handles range: C is Spin's only move with reliable range, so poke with C first, then close in with X and control with Z.
  • Don't use it long-term: save up $30,000 to buy Blade (formerly Chop), or keep saving for Smoke, for a better leveling experience.
  • Don't treat X as a knockback move: the current X mainly follows your cursor, stunning and slicing enemies in its path; it doesn't push targets into the sea.

⚖️ 4. Strengths, Limits & When to Switch Fruits

✅ Control Advantage

Held Z and X can both stun targets, and the highest Mastery requirement among the four moves is only 90, so beginners unlock the full kit quickly.

🎯 Range Limits

C is its only real long-range option; Z and X both require getting close, so highly mobile targets can easily create distance.

🚁 Mobility Limits

F can cross terrain, but it's slow; it's not suited as a long-distance travel fruit, and it has no Elemental immunity.

🔁 Suggested Switch

Once you get Rocket, Smoke, Ice or Light, you can usually switch right away; Spin doesn't take any rare resources and has no Awakening cost.

Simple combo: open with C from range → close in with X to stun → hold Z for extra multi-hit damage. This works well on early quest mobs; in PvP, make sure C or a teammate's control has landed first.

❓ 5. FAQ

Q: Is Spin good for long-term leveling?
A: Not recommended. It's cheap and unlocks its full kit quickly, but its damage and range are weak; switch once you get a better fruit like Smoke, Ice or Light.
Q: Can Spin's attacks break Instinct?
A: Z, X and C can all break it, but targets may still dodge at the edge of an attack; F only provides flight and deals no damage.
Q: Do I need to spend Fragments to awaken it?
A: Spin currently has no Awakening, so you don't need to save Fragments.
