Sound

Natural 🎵 Rhythm Barrage A Legendary fruit with big AoE and flashy effects that offers both damage and team support.
📝 Overview:
Sound is a Natural fruit known for AoE damage and team buffs.
It has a unique Tempo Meter; when full, it activates a golden Tempo aura that buffs both you and nearby teammates, instead of just powering up and being used up by your next skill.

📍 1. How to Get & Role

This is a Legendary Natural fruit, good for mid-to-late-game leveling, Raids, Sea Beasts and team fights.

  • Shop price: $1,700,000 Beli / 1,900 Robux.
  • Obtainment: buy it from the Blox Fruit Dealer, roll it from the Blox Fruit Gacha, or get a physical fruit when one randomly spawns on the map.
  • Role:
    • Team fights (S): at full Tempo, it gives you and nearby teammates damage reduction, move speed and a damage buff.
    • Leveling (A): every damaging skill has AoE, and C also has wide-range auto-aim.
    • PvP (B+): great range and damage, but its stuns are weak and some skills have noticeable wind-up or end lag.

💥 2. Skills

At full Tempo, your skills turn gold, but their basic moves don't change; the main boost comes from the Tempo aura's overall buffs.

Key Skill name Mastery Cooldown / Energy Notes
Z Rhapsody Notes 1 10 sec / 60 Press three times in a row to fire 3 horizontal, 5 horizontal and 5 vertical notes in order, which explode on hit; all three parts share one cooldown.
X Fortissimo 50 12 sec / 50 Unleashes a large cone of notes forward, dealing AoE damage and knockback; the range is short and it can't break Instinct.
C Symphonic Radiance 100 15 sec / 95 Creates a disco ball that auto-targets enemies in a wide area with light beams, then fires toward your cursor and explodes; when the same enemy is hit by multiple beams, each later hit deals less damage.
V Glorious Harmony 250 25 sec / 100 Fires 5 small projectiles first, then one large note; when the large note explodes, it forms a brief black hole that pulls in nearby enemies and deals continuous damage.
F Tempo: Prestissimo 175 4 sec / 35 Ride a music staff to fly while steadily filling the Tempo Meter; natural health and energy regen stop while it's active. At full Tempo, flight speed increases by an extra 50%.
🎵 Special mechanic – Tempo Meter:
Hitting enemies with Sound skills or holding F to fly builds the meter; if you stop dealing damage, it drops fast and empties in about 10 seconds.
When full, you and nearby teammates get 15% less damage taken, 50% more move speed and 10% more skill damage, and your skills turn gold. It's a lasting aura, not something “used up by your next move.”
Wiki note: there's currently a known bug where the golden shield visual may not appear after filling Tempo.

Reliably breaks Instinct

Z's notes, C's disco ball and beams, and V's projectiles always break Instinct, so opponents can't dodge them with Instinct.

Can't break Instinct

X can't break Instinct, and F deals no damage. Against players, opening with C or a teammate's control is more reliable than starting with X.

🎮 3. Combat Tips

  • Build Tempo before the fight: fly with F first to fill the meter, keep the full aura up near teammates, then use V to create the black hole area.
  • Press Z three times: pressing it once skips the last two sets of notes; all three parts help keep Tempo up and clear mobs.
  • C shines in crowded fights: its auto-aim makes it great for Raids and team fights, but consecutive beams on the same target deal diminishing damage.
  • Sea Beasts & Raids: Z, X, C and V all deal AoE damage; just note that health and energy don't regenerate naturally while flying with F.

❓ 4. FAQ

Q: Is the Sound fruit good against Sea Beasts?
A: Yes. Z, X, C and V can all damage Sea Beasts with big AoE; F is only for flying and building Tempo.
Q: Does full Tempo get used up by the next move?
A: No. A full meter creates a lasting aura; as long as you keep Tempo up, you and nearby teammates keep getting the buffs.
Q: Why does Z seem to fire only one part?
A: You have to press Z three times in a row to fire all three sets of notes in order; the three parts share the same cooldown.
