PhoenixFruit · Legendary
Phoenix is a Legendary Beast fruit. Unawakened, it has no normal attack; the normal attack (M1) only unlocks after awakening.
While transformed, you can fly freely and get 15% damage reduction, but it drains about 10 Energy per second; it cancels automatically when your HP or Energy drops below 33%, so it's not an unlimited or invincible form.
Normal attack damage, hitbox and explosion hitbox all increased by 20%; Z damage increased by 15%; X Energy cost reduced by 40%.
📍 1. How to Get & Role
This is a Legendary Beast fruit known for healing, flight and lingering fire damage after awakening.
- Shop price: $1,800,000 Beli / 2,000 Robux.
- Obtainment: rotating stock at the Blox Fruit Dealer, the Blox Fruit Gacha (the First Sea gacha moved to Middle Town after Update 30), natural fruit spawns or player trading.
- Role:
- Healing: The X skill restores HP; the unawakened version heals any player in range, while the awakened version heals you and your allies.
- Survival: The transformation gives 15% damage reduction and free flight, but it relies heavily on Energy and cancels automatically below 33%.
- Leveling & Team: Unawakened, it has fewer area attacks; once awakened, low cooldowns, lingering fire damage and ally healing round it out.
💥 2. Skills (Unawakened)
Phoenix's skills focus on fire attacks and self-healing.
| Key | Skill name | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Z | Cannon Mastery 1 |
Charges up and fires a mid-range burst of fire forward with high knockback; when transformed, its range, area and damage increase. |
| X | Regeneration Flames Mastery 90 |
Keeps healing flames around you, restoring about 2.6% HP per second while draining Energy quickly; it heals any player in range, including non-allies. |
| C | Fast Kick Mastery 160 |
Dashes quickly in the direction you're facing and kicks, with a short cooldown; when transformed, its attack range and effects are enhanced. |
| V | Full Transformation Mastery 250 |
Turns into a full phoenix and flies freely, gaining 15% damage reduction and enhanced skills; drains about 10 Energy per second and ends automatically when HP or Energy drops below 33%. |
| F | Hybrid Flight Mastery 30 |
Hold F to spread phoenix wings and fly; it doesn't cost Energy by itself, and it ends when you release the key. |
Phoenix can be awakened. To buy the Phoenix Advanced chip yourself for the first time, you need 400 Mastery; players below that Mastery can still join a Phoenix Raid hosted by someone else and awaken.
The awakened transformation still drains about 10 Energy per second, not just when you activate it; the upside is passive flight and enhanced skills and normal attacks, but you can't use other weapons while transformed.
💎 2-1. Awakening Process & Cost
This fruit is awakened in the Advanced Raid, which is harder than normal raids. The first time, you can't buy the chip directly from the Mysterious Scientist; you must first unlock the Phoenix Raid in the Third Sea.
- Train Phoenix to 400 Mastery; you must have Phoenix equipped for the first unlock.
- Go to Cake Land in the Third Sea's Sea of Treats and find the Sick Scientist on the left side of the island, behind the Cookie Crafter's spawn.
- Buy your first Phoenix Advanced chip from him; after that first purchase, you can also buy it from the Mysterious Scientist in the Second/Third Sea.
- The chip costs 1,000 Fragments (2-hour cooldown), or a Physical fruit with an in-game shop price of at least 1,000,000 (1M) (no cooldown), including Quake. This is not the BFV value, and the fruit you hand over is consumed. See chip rules and sources.
- The Raid room is in the lab on the cold side of Hot and Cold in the Second Sea (its location after the Update 29 island rework), and at the Castle on the Sea in the Third Sea. Sea Beasts appear on islands 4 and 5 of the Phoenix Raid; they don't drop anything and you can clear the raid without defeating them, but they're dangerous, so be careful.
- You must have Phoenix equipped when you clear the raid to enter the awakening room and pay Fragments to the Mysterious Entity; you can only awaken one move each time.
Below is the awakening order and cost (the game awakens moves in a fixed order: after each clear, the Mysterious Entity only asks whether you want to awaken the “next” move; placing the normal attack M1 between C and V follows the Wiki price table):
- Awakening 1: Z “Cremation Cannon” – 500 Fragments
(running total: about 500 Fragments; corresponds to unawakened Z) - Awakening 2: F “Swift Flight” – 2,000 Fragments
(running total: about 2,500 Fragments; Mastery 30) - Awakening 3: X “Blue Flames” – 3,000 Fragments
(running total: about 5,500 Fragments; Mastery 90) - Awakening 4: C “Flame Exodus” – 4,000 Fragments
(running total: about 9,500 Fragments; Mastery 160) - Awakening 5: M1 normal attack “Phoenix Dash” (Normal Attack) – 4,000 Fragments
(running total: about 13,500 Fragments) - Awakening 6: V “Blazing Plumage” – 5,000 Fragments
(running total: about 18,500 Fragments; Mastery 250)
Fully awakening Phoenix always costs 18,500 Fragments, not counting the chip fee each time you host a raid.

✨ 2-2. Awakened Moves at a Glance
- Z: Cremation Cannon – 500 Fragments; leaves flames after exploding that deal damage over time and slightly heal you and your allies. While in the Blazing Plumage transformation, Balance Patch 001 increased its damage by 15%.
- F: Swift Flight – 2,000 Fragments; lets you fly freely, hover and use all Phoenix skills, and drops flames below you while hovering, but your Energy doesn't regenerate naturally while flying.
- X: Blue Flames – 3,000 Fragments; heals you and your allies, and the flame bubble also damages and knocks back enemies that get close. While in the Blazing Plumage transformation, Balance Patch 001 reduced its Energy cost by 40%.
- C: Flame Exodus – 4,000 Fragments; grabs an enemy, carries them up into the air and slams them down, causing a large explosion.
- M1 normal attack: Phoenix Dash (Normal Attack) – 4,000 Fragments; a spinning lunge that briefly stuns enemies in its path and creates an AoE explosion at the end, not a homing fireball; when transformed it can also hit Sea Beasts and the Leviathan. While in the Blazing Plumage transformation, Balance Patch 001 increased its damage, hitbox and explosion hitbox by 20% each.
- V: Blazing Plumage – 5,000 Fragments; transforms you, granting passive flight and enhanced skills, and leaves flames where you activate it, but it still drains about 10 Energy per second and you can't use other weapons.
🎮 3. Combat Tips
- Know who you're healing: unawakened X heals any nearby player and may heal enemies too; only awakened X heals just you and your allies.
- Air combat doesn't mean infinite Energy: Energy stops regenerating naturally while flying with awakened F, and awakened V drains Energy every second; check your Energy bar before hovering for long.
- The awakened normal attack is a lunge: Phoenix Dash is for closing in, stunning or repositioning, not a homing fireball you can spam from afar.

❓ FAQ
Does Phoenix's awakened transformation still drain Energy continuously?
Yes. During the Blazing Plumage transformation, it still drains about 10 Energy per second; it ends automatically when HP or Energy drops below 33%.
Can I awaken Phoenix without 400 Mastery?
Yes, you can join a Phoenix Raid hosted by someone else and complete your awakening; 400 Mastery is only the requirement for unlocking and buying the Phoenix chip from the Sick Scientist yourself for the first time.
Is Phoenix's awakened normal attack a homing fireball?
No. The awakened normal attack (Normal Attack, which we call Phoenix Dash) is a forward spinning lunge that stuns enemies in its path and causes a small AoE explosion at the end.
