It doesn't unlock automatically after you beat the Forgotten Island boss. Check these prerequisites in order:
- Reach Lv.1500 and complete the Colosseum Quest. If you haven't yet, see Bartilo's quest walkthrough (available from Lv.850).
- Defeat Don Swan. For how to get into his room and how to fight him, see the Don Swan guide.
- Find King Red Head beneath the Colosseum. Step on the 8 symbol buttons outside the cell in the right order to open the door, talk to King Red Head to start the story, then bring the Second Sea rip_indra down to half health to trigger the cutscene; this is not the Third Sea raid boss of the same name.
- After the cutscene, go to the Green Zone dock. Talk to Mr. Captain to sail to the Third Sea.

Where should you level at Lv.950 in the Blox Fruits Second Sea?
At Lv.950 you can take the Zombie quest on Graveyard Island, and Vampire unlocks at Lv.975. If the new quest is tough, keep farming a quest you've already unlocked; you don't have to switch the moment you level up.
Can I level on the Cursed Ship at Lv.1200 in the Second Sea?
The regular ship entrance opens at Lv.1000, but the Cursed Ship's first quest, Ship Deckhand, needs Lv.1250. At Lv.1200 you can take the Lava Pirate quest on Hot and Cold first; being able to get in doesn't mean you can take its leveling quests.
Should I go to Ice Castle at Lv.1325?
At Lv.1325 you can take the Ship Officer quest on the Cursed Ship. Ice Castle's first regular quest, Arctic Warrior, needs Lv.1350; Snow Lurker opens at Lv.1375, and at Lv.1400 you can also take the Awakened Ice Admiral boss quest.
At Lv.1500, can I enter the Third Sea after beating Tide Keeper?
No. To enter the Third Sea you need Lv.1500, the Colosseum Quest completed and Don Swan defeated. Then talk to King Red Head for the Second Sea rip_indra story fight, and finally find Mr. Captain in the Green Zone. Tide Keeper isn't a required step.
Is the lookup result the fastest leveling route?
No. The lookup shows the newest regular quest unlocked at your level, not bosses, and the route ranges aren't island entry limits. Quest distance, build, survivability and how many players are competing for mobs all affect efficiency, so an earlier quest you can clear reliably is still fine to keep farming.
