Ghost (formerly Revive)
Ghost is the rework of the old Revive fruit. Its core is Resurrection: after a normal death, you revive with 50% HP and gain 2 seconds of invincibility. Its V move also summons two clones that help with normal attacks, movement and Ghost moves; since official Balance Patch 001 they can mimic sword skills too, but skill damage doesn't simply triple.
📍 1. How to Get & Role
This is a Rare fruit with lots of utility.
- Shop price: $940,000 Beli / 1,275 Robux.
- Role:
- Survival (S): After a normal death you revive once with 50% HP; dying in water or resetting your character won't trigger it.
- PvP (B+): Its moves have long stuns, and the clones can confuse opponents and widen your skills' hit area.
- Leveling (B): Decent AoE skills, but no Elemental immunity, so watch your positioning.
💥 2. Skills
Ghost revolves around close-to-mid-range stuns, clones and a second life; only X's inner ring can break Instinct directly.
| Key | Skill / Mastery | Cooldown / Energy | Instinct interaction & use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Z | Shivering Possession Mastery 1 |
9 sec / 15 | Dashes forward; on hit, it freezes the target in ectoplasm for 1.2s before exploding. Balance Patch 001 also cut its cast time by 50%. Can't break Instinct. |
| X | Spectral Release Mastery 50 |
12 sec / 25 | Creates a ghostly whirlwind around you that traps targets with slight knockback; the inner ring breaks Instinct, but the final explosion can still be dodged. Balance Patch 001 increased its range by 15%. |
| C | Cries of the Underworld Mastery 100 |
16 sec / 35 | Continuously spews ghosts that stun and knock back; hold to extend it, and the first hit deals the most damage. Balance Patch 001 reduced its knockback by 30%. Can't break Instinct. |
| V | Ghost Busters Mastery 150 |
23 sec / 50 | Summons two clones that last about 20s and mimic your movement, Fighting Style / sword M1 and Ghost moves; since Balance Patch 001 they can mimic sword skills too. The clones can't break Instinct on their own — only when mimicking X. |
| F | Wandering Soul Mastery 75 |
4 sec / 50 | Turns you into a ghost to fly, leaving a blue trail; it deals no damage but is handy for traveling, escaping or controlling your clones. Balance Patch 001 cut its cast time by 50%. |
After a normal death, you revive with 50% HP, your character turns translucent green, and you gain 2 seconds of invincibility. Dying in water or resetting your character won't trigger it. The green glow after reviving stays even if you switch to another fruit, and only disappears when you die or leave the game.
🎮 3. Combat Tips
- Clone combos: After using V, switch to a Fighting Style or sword and use M1 to have both clones attack with you; in PvP, a clone's M1 deals 50% of your current M1 damage.
- Reading the skills: Clones copy Ghost skills, but the same move won't deal triple damage; their real value is a bigger hit area, soaking damage and distraction.
- Revive and counter: Use the 2 seconds of invincibility after reviving to reposition or land crowd control — don't waste the protection standing still.
- Beginner-friendly: Mastery requirements are low and most moves stun, but skill range is on the short side, so you still need to practice close-to-mid-range positioning.
❓ 4. FAQ
Can you revive every time you go down?
Resurrection is like one extra life: the first time you go down, you get back up with 50% HP; if you're knocked down again after reviving, it's a normal death.
Do you revive if you die in water?
No. Drowning and manually resetting your character won't trigger Resurrection; only a normal combat death brings you back with 50% HP.
Do the clones triple your skill damage?
No. For Ghost skills, the clones mainly widen the hit area; in PvP, a clone's M1 deals about 50% of your current M1 damage.
Does the green glow stay on after you revive?
Yes. The green glow on your character stays after reviving — even if you switch to another fruit — until you die or leave the game.
