Rubber
Rubber (called Gum before Update 17.3) stretches its limbs for long-range M1 and strikes, and V puts you into a transformation. It's fully immune to players' Guns, the Electric Fighting Style and Lightning fruit attacks, but there are exceptions such as bosses, Electric Claw and Pole, so don't treat it as immunity to everything electric.
📍 1. How to Get & Role
This is a Rare Natural fruit that can use M1; its shop price and skill data are below.
- Shop price: $750,000 Beli / 1,200 Robux.
- Obtainment: rotating stock at the Blox Fruit Dealer, the Blox Fruit Gacha (the First Sea gacha moved to Middle Town after Update 30), natural fruit spawns or player trading.
- Role:
- Resistance (A): immune to players' Guns, the Electric Fighting Style and Lightning fruit attacks; Aura doesn't let these attacks pierce the passive. Against NPCs, you need to be about 2% higher level than them to be immune, and boss attacks are never blocked.
- Leveling (B): M1 can attack from long range, but its hitbox is tiny and every hit costs Energy, and most moves have knockback (except C), so it's not great for grouping and grinding mobs.
- Mobility (B+): F can be charged in four stages and launches you toward terrain or targets; once you get the hang of it, you can travel the map quickly.
💥 2. Skills
Untransformed, none of Rubber's moves can break Instinct; only after transforming with V can Z, X and C break Instinct on hit or at close range. In PvP, transform first or pair it with other weapons that break Instinct.

Rubber's passive doesn't block Electric Claw, Pole (1st Form), Pole (2nd Form), boss attacks, or NPCs you aren't about 2% higher level than; Skull Guitar's X and the Lightning fruit's Z can still stun you. Rubber also currently has no Raid awakening.
🎮 3. Combat Tips
- Counter-pick PvP: it has a big edge against Lightning (formerly Rumble), Electric Fighting Style or Gun mains, but first check whether your opponent switches to Electric Claw, a sword or a backup fruit.
- Managing the transformation: V raises attack speed and damage, but cuts Energy regeneration by 25%; don't mistake it for a free permanent speed boost.
- Slingshot travel: the longer you charge F, the farther your arms stretch; you need a wall, terrain or an NPC to grab, so it's hard to use in open areas. The farther you are from what you grab, the farther you get launched.
❓ 4. FAQ
Can Aura get through Rubber's immunity?
No. Players' Guns, the Electric Fighting Style and Lightning fruit attacks are still blocked even if the attacker has Aura on; Electric Claw and Pole (1st and 2nd Form) are the exceptions.
Is Rubber completely immune to Skull Guitar?
The damage is blocked, but Skull Guitar's X move can still stun Rubber users.
Does the transformation keep draining Energy?
During the transformation, Energy regeneration is reduced by 25%; it doesn't drain a fixed amount over time. It only ends automatically when you run out of Energy or die, and you can also press V again to end it manually.
Does Rubber have an awakening?
There's currently no Raid awakening. V is a regular transformation skill; it doesn't need Fragments and isn't an awakened version.
